Through our efficient and innovative approach, our student athletes navigate the recruitment process with confidence as a well-equipped candidate for undergraduate admissions. Individualized support for all components of the college application process is provided in addition to small group and team workshops.

Learn how to navigate NIL opportunities while maintaining compliance with NCAA rules and state laws. Polaris athletes are prepared to enter NIL agreements upon completion of our career services programming.

Academic Advising

Stay on track with high school coursework while meeting the academic standards required for NCAA Eligibility, degree programs of interest, and career aspirations. Our comprehensive 4 year plans for grades 9-12 as well as our 2 + 4 year plans for middle school students, provides families with structure and assurance while navigating high school course selection. Our student athletes are empowered to take ownership of their academic careers and utilize our guidance when making decisions and advocating for themselves.

    Education-Impacted Disabilities (EID)

    We have extensive experience in assisting student athletes with EID. Through testing and documentation, we assist families with obtaining the required accommodations for their student athlete. Our inclusive and personalized approach identifies colleges with supportive programs, accommodations, and resources to ensure continued academic and athletic success.
